FaceBook should pay the FTC FINE over the privacy issues AS LONG AS the FTC distributes the COLLECTED FINE to all the people, individuals, profiles, companies, entities, that were affected by the PRIVACY MATTER. The FTC should not collect the fine if the FTC plans on NOT DISTRIBUTING the FINE FUNDS COLLECTED to the entities that were affected by what the FTC is supposedly protecting for the PRIVACY ISSUES. After all, if FTC is FINING FACEBOOK for PRIVACY, FTC is collecting the money for WHO and where and when will it be distributed? NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN ANY OF THOSE MONIES GET DISTRIBUTED in the PAST, so what is going on?
