Here’s a new realization and I give thanks to a particular state that has triggered this line of thinking: Just because there are 50 states in the United States doesn’t mean that each state is friendly with the other states. Some of the states are so corrupt, they need to be dealt with on an individual case by case basis, and they cannot be given the same level trust as some of the other states may earn. Just keep an eye. Some states are not friendly states, they are full of shitty management, shitty court systems, shitty people too.

An EMPLOYEE has a SET SCHEDULE and SET TIMING and SET TASKS, and that’s what classifies as an EMPLOYEE. An INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR has RANDOM SCHEDULE, RANDOM TIMING, RANDOM TASKS, and that’s what classifies as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR.

BASED ON THE EXPLANATION ABOVE, WHERE DO UBER AND LYFT DRIVERS FALL UNDER? It’s Obvious… Independent Contractors – But the Judge on the case is ruling that they are EMPLOYEES when they are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS IN ACTUALITY.

When NJ.COM publishes an article called “Lord & Taylor files for bankruptcy. What does this mean for N.J. malls?” – Then they are only targeting un-educated people because only un-educated people will fall for this article title. People who are educated will understand what the purpose of bankruptcy is, and then this article title would look silly to them. Educated people know the purpose of filing during the COVID pandemic, and for those who want to file for bankruptcy is no other perfect time to do so. Educated people are laughing when they read this because they know that these articles are basically a form of saying, capitalize on those that are dumb. – This is just my opinion.

This is got to be either FUNNY or a WASTE OF TIME – Police Officer strikes woman during dispute at Miami Airport for saying to police officer that he’s really black acting like a white person… – lady gets slapped to the ground for getting up in the police officer’s face. – Who’s fault is it? Should the officer just have walked away? Did the lady have a justifiable reason for walking up to the police officer the way she did?

No matter what the situation is, everything is based on Economics… whether supply, demand, subsidization. All these variables need to be considered by master minded individuals so they are considered when coming up with an action plan that actually works. If any variable is overseen, this will create a failure. If the failure doesn’t occur, then that variable was not required in the first place. Trials and Errors have to take place to make sure that the Solution to the Problem is an actual solution, and not going to create another problem where then that side effect has to be addressed. Even if it is a minor side effect, it still has to be addressed.

Carlos Ghosn seems like a very cool dude – these are the people you want to protect and keep on your Board of Directors, Board of Advisers, and Chairman of the Board – he’s very clear and understanding – I like his leadership. He has the ability to understand magnitudes of scenarios without losing control. Very respectable position to be in. – IN MY OPINION, just based on the videos I’ve observed.
