LettuceWrap is a concept which you take meat and veggies and wrap it in Lettuce as opposed to it being in between two pieces of bread. The purpose of LettuceWrap is to avoid the carbohydrates/sugars associated to eating the Bread Slices or Buns that normally are part of the burger or sandwich.
